Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. All orders shipping to the continental United States are eligible for shipping. Free ground shipping is provided for online orders with a subtotal over $25.

Return Policy
All returns must be sent in the original box/packaging and be unused. The emailed return tracking slip must be used to send the items back to MVDconnect within 10 business days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee will be charged unless item was DOA (dead on arrival).

We are unable to accept returns of software licenses or items of a personal nature (ie. headsets, earphones, handsets, etc.).

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so provided that the order has not yet shipped. If the item you would like to cancel has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return Policy above.
