SNMP – Simple network management protocol is supported on almost all device types. MVDconnect uses SNMP to understand alarms and their complexity from systems on your network. SNMP may indicate when systems have a critical service outage as a result of carrier outages, disk space utilization, or a myriad of other potential issues.

Response Time Guarantee

MVD guarantees remote response time of two (2) hours and to be on-site within four (4) hours in an emergency situation.

These times may be different in your individual contract as some companies require accelerated or slower requirements.
